Having a bathtub in your small bathroom means taking up more space but if your tub is such that comes with empty surrounding areas by both sides, then it can ultimately serve as storage for most of your toiletries. Even washed and dried towels can be folded and kept in the spaces beside the bathtub. There are also customized designs that come with recessed handles by the sides of the tub which if pulled down, exhibits out-of-sight chrome baskets where you can keep a good number of your toiletries, bath supplies and other items needed in the bathroom.
First let’s review the main elements you need to take care of when installing the shelves. First of all, measure the area and decide what size the shelves should be. Then make sure the shelves you want to install can support the weight you’re planning on storing. There are a number of materials to choose from like wood, glass or metal.
This is a great example of a small bathroom with lots of storage space. Every little space was cleverly used. The double sink cabinet provides plenty of drawers and compartments white the space in between the two mirrors is also occupied by a wall-mounted storage cabinet. It’s simple, not cluttered and very handy.
This is known to add more visual appeal to the already amazing vanity. With the light, apart from beautifying the furniture piece, it is also functional because you don’t have to grope for things under the drawers and cabinets. Add some drama to your bathroom by having this type of lighting installed under the vanity.
